Amplify AI

Welcome to Amplify.

You just installed the best prompt engineering assistant on the internet. Here's how to start using it in under 60 seconds.

1

Pin the Amplify icon

Click the puzzle-piece icon in your Chrome toolbar, find Amplify AI, and click the pin icon next to it. The Amplify logo will now stay visible in your toolbar.

2

Sign in to Amplify

Click the Amplify icon. A window opens — click Sign in and authenticate with your Amplify account (Google or email).

Once you're signed in, Amplify activates automatically. No codes to enter.

Don't have an account?

It's free — create one at amplifyai.cc, then sign in.

3

Refresh your AI tabs

If you had ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any AI site open before activating, refresh those tabs (Cmd+R on Mac, Ctrl+R on Windows).

You only need to do this once. New tabs will load Amplify automatically.

4

Start typing a prompt

Go to ChatGPT (or Claude, Gemini, Perplexity — any of the 60+ supported sites) and start typing.

  • An orange outline appears around your prompt box
  • A small "Amplify" chip shows the score (0-100)
  • Click the chip to see what's weak and pick an intensity
  • Click Apply — your rewrite streams in live
  • Hit Send. Get a better answer.

Common questions

I don't see the orange outline on my AI site
1. Make sure you're signed in (click the Amplify icon — if it shows you're signed in, you're good).
2. Refresh the page (Cmd+R / Ctrl+R) — Amplify only loads on tabs opened after activation.
3. Start typing a prompt — the outline appears as soon as the text box is detected.
The chip shows but clicking Apply does nothing
Reload the extension: go to chrome://extensions, find Amplify, click the circular reload arrow. Then refresh your AI tab.
